Repertoire: Modern jazz, complex and eclectic styles, original compositions of the band members

Learner Outcome: Ability to perform cutting-edge modern repertoire at a high level, with effective communication and presentation skills. Ability to phrase effectively using odd meters and complex rhythmic and harmonic structures..

Repertoire: Standard basic Jazz repertoire.

Learner Outcome: Ability to perform simple jazz and blues tunes effectively within an ensemble, and with appropriate rhythmic and melodic interpretation. Ability to participate in the local amateur jazz scene including jam sessions

Repertoire: Modal to contemporary funk and fusion. Contemporary composers.

Repertoire: Large ensemble modern jazz

Learner Outcome: Ability to perform in a large ensemble context, fostering group playing skills including complex harmonisation, teamwork, improving listening skills, non-verbal communication and improvisation.

Course Fee: Varies, based on total number of attendees.

This group is an ongoing group session that does not start and stop every 8 weeks. We build repertoire and perform regularly. Contact us for further information.
